Our physical due diligence team has inspected over 300 properties in various stages of a property's life cycle and our project managers have seen these projects through, from acquisition to exit!

This experience helps to trim capex expenses (one of the largest expense columns) throughout the process of the deal.

While we still utilize third party inspectors and resources when needed, our team has the knowledge and experience to double check these resources and ensure accuracy thus avoiding hidden pitfalls.
